Seller guide

Get started with your seller calendar

Save a U.S. state or D.C. to see currently published, dated DueLark deadlines matched to that location. You can then set reminder preferences and export the deadlines in your current calendar view.

  1. 01

    Choose and save your location

Create an account, open your seller calendar, choose your U.S. state or the District of Columbia, and save it. You can change the saved state later.

  2. 02

    Review your matching deadlines

After you sign in with a verified email and DueLark confirms an active calendar subscription, the calendar shows records that are currently published, have a valid date, and match your saved state. Open each record’s applicability note and official source to check current details.

  3. 03

    Set email reminder preferences

Reminder settings require the same verified email and active subscription. Turn email reminders on or off, choose one notice interval (1, 3, or 7 days before), then save your preferences.

  4. 04

    Download a calendar file

From the seller calendar, download matching deadlines for the active Upcoming or Past list period, or for the selected month in Month view. The file is an .ics calendar file. If the current view is empty, there is nothing to download.

A saved preference is not a delivery receipt

Saving reminder settings records your choices; it does not send an email or prove that a reminder was attempted or delivered.

An organizational calendar, not tax advice

DueLark organizes deadlines. It does not provide tax advice or determine which requirements apply to your business. Confirm current applicability with official sources or a qualified tax professional.
